Such a pristine image! Pablo explained the technique for this capture- 3 flashes on the hummers/flowers and one on the background. All at 1/16 power that gives you a light pulse much faster than 1/5000 of sec. This is is what freezes the action. The camera speed of 1/200 does not come into play.
